Many People approach me and tell me they have a hard time meditating, and I simply tell them "you were not taught how to do it the easy way". There is an easy way?

the answer is "YES!"

however someone needs to teach you. Learning meditation is like learning how to ride a bike. At first, you are very wobbly, full of fear and doubt, and so is your mind, full of chatter, anger, and self-judging. 

I have developed a relaxation and meditation CD that tackles these issues and helps you reach that state of mind quicker and easier than before. Most importantly let go of expectation and be forgiving to yourself.

Tips for better meditation:

Tip 1: Distractions:  Treat your thoughts like clouds in the sky. Acknowledge them and simply let them float by, refocus on your breath.

Tip 2: practice, practice, practice - It's like learning how to ride a bike, at first you are fearful and wobbly. after a while you start to enjoy it and feel free.

Tip 3: Direction - Choose a subject or thought to meditate on. However, be forgiving and simply chuckle when you notice your mind drifts, it sometimes drifts in the right direction so don't be afraid to explore if the thoughts are interesting.

Tip 4 : Stop Judging - If you are learning how to swim, you don't judge yourself and criticize yourself for not knowing how to swim. Just learn and improve. Pratice non-judgement and start with yourself. "we are our worst enemy", Simply let go and refocus on your breath. let go of the judging, simply breath.
